FASTENING METHOD

Karisma grating clips

KARISMA offers a wide range of fixing clips and accessories with various grating design configurations. They are fastened between grating components or integrated with our light-duty structure system.

  • KARISMA clips are suitable for fixing whilst working on top of the grating.
  • Our clip fasteners are compatible with Type 30, 40, or 60 grating profiles.
  • Adjoining grating panels can be secured with the same fastener.
  • Used of the self-drilling screw with the top side of the clip fastener, gratings can be fitted to any surface without flanges to the structure support.

recommended clip installation

  • Minimum 4 clips per panel
  • Approximately 4 clips per panel, where the span is < 1500mm
  • Approximately 6 clips per panel, where the span is > 1500mm


KARISMA clips are available in mild steel galvanized and 304/316 Stainless Steel for TGC – 01 & TGC – 02, TGC – 03 only available in 304/316 Stainless Steel.
